General Questions

Why don’t you have pricing on your website?

We don’t put our prices on our website, because we want you to have the full experience of our demo DVD package before making the decision on who will capture your cherished memories, rather than making up your mind based solely on price and an online sample or two. Please contact us to receive your demo DVD package.

Why should we hire TriMark???

Because we will produce a video and/or deliver photos that will exceed your expectations. Colorful, crystal clear, and rock-solid. Smooth and tasty video transitions, with a dash of subtle romantic effects for full flavor. We are full-time professionals. We’re unobtrusive, and easy going. We won’t add to your stress level on the big day. Most of the time, you won’t even know we are there. We document the events of the day with an emphasis on all the little details you might miss. Using artistic techniques that are visually pleasing and interesting, you will be portrayed in the best possible light. Special effects are used appropriately and sparingly to avoid the dreaded “cheesy” look.

Our venue requires that all of our vendors have business liability insurance. Do you?

Would we put that question in our FAQ if we didn’t??? A growing number of hotels and other locations are beginning to require that all outside vendors are insured. This would become important to you in the unlikely event that one of your guests would somehow become injured. We have a one million dollar policy.

How do we reserve our date?

To secure your date, a 50% deposit is needed. First, contact us to make sure your date is available. For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards.

Videography Questions

Why is video so expensive?

Most videographers have a substantial amount invested in equipment and spend a lot of time editing a video. Typically, a wedding video takes between 40 and 60 hours of editing.

Why are there other videographers that charge a lot less than your company?

As you search for the right videographer, you will find some in the $500 to $1000 range. Chances are, they are using consumer level equipment and/or have been in business for a short time. It is also more likely that they won’t have good (or any) back-up equipment. It’s still possible that they can produce a satisfactory video. We encourage you to check out their demo and then compare it to ours.

We already have a Photographer. Won’t photos be enough?

NO!

My friend has a video camera. Why not save money and let him do it?

We’ll spare you the horror stories. Email us for the list.
